Wonderful Turnout!

We had a super turnout at the Women, Wisdom & Wealth Tax Planning 101 Seminar on January 11 and 14, 2017. Roughly 20-30 women turned out for each day. Questions like: why didn’t I get a bigger refund, or why do I owe taxes? were answered in this informative educational seminar. We also explored when we should transition from tax filers to tax planners and how to use tax brackets in our planning.

Here are some key takeaways:

even though you get a refund, the underlying taxes may still be extremely high, a refund means you paid in more money than you should have during the year, and Being a tax planner puts you in the driver’s seat as to how much tax you will actually pay.

Our participants walked away feeling more empowered and more informed.
